Support & Frequently Asked Questions
Below are answers to the questions we hear most often about Any FLV Player. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, reach out on our Contact page and we’ll get back to you.
What’s the difference between the trial and full version?
The trial version adds a small logo to the top corner of any web video you publish, and the built-in converter limits each video to three minutes. The full version removes both of these limits entirely.
How do I buy the full version?
You can order directly from this website. Once your order is complete, you’ll receive an email with your registration name and code. Enter these into the trial version to unlock the full version — there’s no separate download required.
Is it safe to order online?
Yes. All payment information is processed through an encrypted, secure checkout.
How will I receive the software?
Any FLV Player is delivered as a download, so you can get started right away. After installing it, open Help > Register and enter the registration name and code from your confirmation email.
I haven’t received my registration code yet. What should I do?
First, check your order confirmation to make sure it went through, and check your spam or junk folder in case the email was filtered. If you still can’t find it, contact us with the name and email address you used when ordering and we’ll resend it.
My registration code isn’t working.
Double check that you’re using the code with the matching product and version, and that there are no extra spaces or typos — we recommend copying and pasting the code directly rather than typing it by hand.
Do I need to re-register if I reinstall the software?
Yes. Keep your registration name and code somewhere safe (a note, a password manager, or a backup drive) so you can re-enter them any time you reinstall or move to a new computer.
Are updates free?
Yes — your registration code stays valid for future updates at no extra charge. To upgrade, uninstall the old version, download the latest one, and register it again with your existing code.
